About the role

This is an on-site first position with remote flexibility.
As a senior, we’d love to have you around the office more often than not, sprinkling your wisdom and collaborating with the team. WFH is cool, but if you’re after a fully remote role, this won’t be the one for you. Please note we can’t support visa applications.
What we’re looking for:
A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design experience.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
Figma expertise.
Experience in building and maintaining Design Systems.
Deep understanding of Interface Design processes, with the ability to deliver high-quality work at every stage.
A passion for quality and attention to detail.
The ability to take constructive criticism and defend your design choices with clear, logical reasoning.
A mindset geared toward continuous learning and growth.
Bonus: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a huge plus!
What you’ll be doing:
Owning projects from discovery to final handover, ensuring a seamless process.
Collaborating with the team to achieve the best possible outcomes, proactively contributing ideas in both team and client meetings.
Presenting and defending design decisions directly to clients.
Thriving in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Understanding development challenges to ensure feasible design solutions (HTML & CSS knowledge is a big plus!).
Thinking beyond aesthetics: balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Supporting and mentoring less experienced team members.
Making smart design decisions that align with project timelines and budgets.
What we offer
A salary range of €30,000 – €44,999, covering two levels in our Career Path (Level 4 & Level 5 Designers).
